MedsPLUS Pharmacy Delivery Service

MedZOOMER  provides reliable delivery of your medications directly to your home or office, saving you a trip to the pharmacy. Simply let us know by calling us at 205-650-4636  or TEXT “ENROLL” to 205-650-4636, and we’ll handle the rest.

Absolutely! We would love to see your smiling face. We are open Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm. We know parking can be a hassle Downtown so curbside delivery is always available. Just call us when you arrive.

The cost for the delivery service is $10 per month. This flat rate covers your one-time monthly delivery of maintenance medications.  As most of you are once a month delivery, this will be a minimal charge.

Currently, deliveries will be scheduled twice a week based on geographical areas between 1:00 pm and 4:00 PM. For example, east or west of downtown. However, if you have an urgent need, please contact us to discuss expedited options.

  • Choose a secure, designated area for drop-off in advance. (mailbox, porch,etc)
  • If no instructions are provided and we’re unable to reach you, the driver will bring your medication back to the pharmacy for safekeeping, and we can arrange a new delivery time.
  1. Notify us at least a week in advance for any over the counter products you will need included with delivery.
  2. Notify us of any changes in your condition—such as hospitalization, a change of address, or other relevant updates.
  3. Inform us of any schedule changes at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery or visit.

Let us know of any issues or dissatisfaction with the service provided so we can address your concerns promptly.

If you receive a new prescription after your monthly meds or blister pack has been delivered, we’ll coordinate a separate delivery to ensure you receive your new medication promptly. This additional delivery will be an additional charge.

If your doctor increases, decreases, or stops any medications, please inform us as soon as possible. We’ll make any necessary adjustments to your medications and coordinate a follow-up delivery.

We will do our best to accommodate preferred delivery times. Please let us know your preferred delivery time, and we’ll do our best to align it with our delivery schedule.

Delivery times vary based on location and the delivery schedule. We’ll provide an estimated delivery window when your medication is ready, so you can plan accordingly.



Yes, the courier service is available for all medications, including controlled substances. However, for controlled substances, someone must be home to receive the delivery.
